Portici Academy is the cooking school for learning the art of fresh pasta in the place where it was invented, but not only! The Academy’s new location is a bright space equipped with a large island kitchen, comfortable individual workstations and professional equipment.
We have always worked with small classes to ensure better quality and experience the best.
According to the latest legal regulations, each guest is measured for temperature at the entrance, and sanitizing stations are distributed over various locations. Spacing and air recirculation are not a problem; the Academy is designed with large individual workstations, windowed walls and mechanical suction. With us, hygiene and safety have always come first.

Our great passion is traditional Bolognese cooking; within the walls of Bottega Portici dozens of sfogline have been trained, some of whom have become professionals and expert teachers who lead our amateur and professional classes. But the Academy is so much more!
The course calendar is updated periodically to give you the opportunity to always find new ideas with which to unleash your desire to cook.
Whether it is the basic fresh pasta class, the wine tasting course or the courses of our chef Gianluca Renzi, you will always have experienced professionals by your side to guide you step by step in the practice and provide you with the necessary theoretical foundations.
At the end of each course there is a tasting of the dishes and each participant will take home an apron, handouts with the course recipes and the satisfaction of having learned an art made up of special gestures that once learned you will never forget.
