Balsamic Vinegar of Modena IGP made using the must of the grapes from the vineyards of Acetaia Malpighi and wine vinegar of their own production, aged in oak barriques. It has a round and intense taste, balanced acidity, high density. A one hundred percent natural product, free from caramel, dyes or additives. It gives its best on flakes of Parmigiano Reggiano and pears, fresh strawberries, risotto and scallops, foie gras, pancakes with courgette flowers, meat carpaccio and fish tartare.
